Jim Altamirano

Jim Altamirano has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Jim began their career at IBM in 1986, where they served as a Senior Account Executive until 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a District Manager at Sun Microsystems. In 2003, Jim joined CDS as the VP of Sales for the Western Region, and later became the President in 2010. Jim then moved on to become the Director of the DOE Business Group at Technology Integration Group from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Jim is the Director of Federal Sales for DOE Accounts at Epoch Concepts, a position they have held since 2014.

Jim Altamirano completed their MBA in Finance from the UNM Anderson School of Management from 1982 to 1983. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of New Mexico between 1977 and 1982. Their high school education was obtained at Albuquerque Academy from 1973 to 1976.
