Josh Glenn

Josh Glenn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh started their career at MCI Telecommunications Corporation as a System Engineer, where they focused on developing Windows 2000 AD infrastructure and implementing VOIP technology. Josh then joined ENS as a PC Tech, responsible for installing OS upgrades and software and maintaining servers and PBX systems.

In 2005, Josh joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Storage Engineer, where they designed and implemented disk to disk backup solutions for Agilent Technologies. Josh also worked with NetApp disk configuration and migration.

From 2007 to 2013, Josh worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager, leading various projects such as datacenter migrations, email migrations, and developing a mobile application development suite for the Army.

In 2014, Josh joined TEKsystems as a VDI Engineer, where they designed and managed virtual desktop infrastructure deployments using VMware Horizon View and other technologies.

Later in 2014, Josh joined CSRA Inc as a Systems Solutions Architect, focusing on IT services such as VDI, MS SQL clusters, and MS SharePoint upgrades. Josh was responsible for business proposals, contract negotiations, customer requirements, and guiding engineers through installation and testing phases.

Most recently, Josh worked at ERC, Inc as a Data Center Engineering Manager, overseeing data center operations and managing a team.

Josh's current role is Senior Solutions Architect at Epoch Concepts, where they utilize their expertise and experience to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Josh Glenn attended Colorado Technical University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Technology/Technician. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Commvault Solution Architect (CVSA24) from Commvault.
