Matt Webster is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various roles within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Epoch Concepts since January 2025, Matt drives strategic innovation and technology initiatives for government and commercial clients, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI and DevSecOps. Previously, as the first CTO at Barbaricum, Matt enhanced enterprise solutions for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. With a robust background that includes serving as System Engineer and CTO at HillCyber, where Matt contributed to DARPA programs, and experience as a Senior Sales Engineer at Binary Group and NIC Federal, Matt has consistently delivered impactful technology solutions. Matt's career began with roles in software development and systems engineering, supported by an Associate of Science in Math/Physics from Bakersfield College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
