Adele Pepin

Ms. Pepin joined EPOCH Senior Living in May 2019 as the Senior Director of Marketing. Within a short period, she was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Pepin is responsible for driving the strategic direction of marketing and communications. She leads and works closely with agency partners to create and implement traditional and digital campaigns that convey the company’s brand and messaging with a commitment to seniors and their families. Her depth of experience, passion, and commitment to help older adults allows for a great understanding of the market’s needs and expectations. Prior to joining EPOCH, Ms. Pepin was the Senior Director of Marketing for a regional senior living provider for five years and worked as the Vice President of an advertising agency for 12 years. Ms. Pepin holds a BS from Worcester State University and MBA from Assumption College.
