Michael Gordon

SVP, Acquisitions & Development at EPOCH Senior Living

Michael joined EPOCH in 1998. He is responsible for the company's acquisition and development effort under the supervision of the company’s President and CEO. His duties include identifying and securing acquisition and development opportunities, completing all necessary due diligence related to acquisition opportunities, and selection and management of third-party consultants. This includes market demand analysis and financial modeling. He is also responsible for the oversight of EPOCH’s home health agency and oversees the company’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) networking strategies. Michael has over 20 years of senior housing and post-acute care industry experience Prior to joining EPOCH Senior Living in 1998, he was the Director of Reimbursement for PRISM Medical Group, a long-term care company that specialized in providing rehabilitation, nursing home management and home care services. Michael holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Bryant College.
