Megan Dietrich has had a diverse work experience. In 2020, they were a Customer Success Lead at Epoch, where they led the Customer Experience team with day-to-day customer support and custom analytics to create an amazing customer experience. Megan also spearheaded the data analysis process and presented the metrics to customers, as well as created product marketing emails to update customers on new features and enhancements. Megan also held the roles of Customer Success & Product Marketing Associate and Digital Marketing Strategist & Business Development at Epoch. In 2020, they were a Marketing Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Fera.ai, and in 2019 they were an Assistant Store Manager at maurices and a Marketing Design Intern at Grow44. In 2018, they were a Social Media Marketing at Sticks & Scones, and in 2015 they were a Communications and Public Relations Assistant at TeTechS Inc. Megan Dietrich completed their high school education at Waterloo Collegiate Institute, graduating in June 2016. Megan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at the University of Waterloo, which they completed in 2021. In addition, they have two certifications: Email Marketing: Strategy and Optimization from LinkedIn obtained in March 2021, and Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google obtained in August 2016.
