Victoria Myers CERT CII has accumulated diverse experience in customer service and finance, currently serving as a Complaints Handler at Epos Now since April 2025. Prior roles at Epos Now included positions in debt recovery and customer success administration from November 2022 to December 2024. Victoria also worked as a Mortgage Processor at NM Finance Ltd from November 2019 to May 2021 and as a Mortgage Consultant at Sequence UK Ltd in 2018. Early career experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Lambertpugh LLP from August 2015 to 2018 and as a Personal Assistant at North Walsham Windows and Glazing Ltd in mid-2015. Victoria is an alumna of Flegg High School, where GCSEs were completed.
