Jadwiga Kuczewska is currently serving as the HR and Administration Director at EPP since September 2017. ♦ Jadwiga is also a Mentor in the Mentoring Program for Women in the Real Estate industry at Top Woman in Real Estate since September 2019. With extensive experience in HR management, project leadership, and talent management, Jadwiga has worked in various roles at companies such as Gothaer, Orange Polska, and Grupa TP. ♦ Jadwiga is a certified mediator with a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, team management, and performance management. Jadwiga holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Human Resources, Mediation, and Psychology, along with a Master's degree in Education.
