Head Of Product Support at Eppendorf

Gerrit Rimbach has worked primarily in technical and leadership roles. From 2016 to the present, they have been the Head of Product Support at Eppendorf Group. In this role, they have led a team of product support specialists, implemented global service projects, and defined local and global service standards. Gerrit has also been involved in planning and cost estimation for service tasks in development projects and the creation of technical product requirements. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, Rimbach worked as a Project Lead/Mechanical Engineer at ELAN-AUSY GmbH.

Gerrit Rimbach completed their German Engineering Diploma (Dipl.-Ing.) in Aerospace Technologies at the University of Stuttgart from 2006 to 2012. Gerrit has also obtained various certifications, including Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project, Data-Driven Project Management, Project Management Foundations, Projektmanagement: Kosten und Nutzen, Documenation Specialist (GMP), and Scaled agile for systems, from institutions such as LinkedIn, PTS Training Service, and Zühlke Group, with the latest certification obtained in 2022.
