Luana Gonçalves de Castro

Luana Gonçalves de Castro has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Luana started their career as a Customer Service intern at Roche+ in 2007 and then worked as a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Rem Indústria e Comércio from 2008-2009. Luana then interned as a Customer Relationship Intern at Merck from 2009-2011. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Representative at Life Technologies and later as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Politec Saúde from 2011-2013. Luana then joined DHL as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from 2013-2014. Since 2014, Luana has been working at Eppendorf Group, where they have held various roles including Quality and Regulatory Affairs Supervisor, Supply Chain and Quality Supervisor, Head of Supply Chain & Quality, and currently, Head of Commercial Operations.

Luana Gonçalves de Castro holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Luana pursued further education and completed a Post-Graduation in Supply Chain Management at BSP - Business School São Paulo from 2015 to 2016. In 2020, they obtained a specialization in Sales Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, focusing on Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Business Management at MBA USP/Esalq, specializing in Gestão Empresarial. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Agile Management Fundamentals and Outlook: Time Management Tips from LinkedIn in 2022.
