Steve Rodriguez

Steve Rodriguez has a diverse work background, starting with their role as the Founder of 5boro, a skateboard company they established in 1996. Steve then moved on to various positions in the advertising industry, including being a Senior Project Manager at Bartle Bogle Hegarty and kirshenbaum bond + partners. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Executive Producer for The New York Cosmos and also served as a Producer at Anomaly. Steve later joined Saatchi & Saatchi, where they held the positions of Director of Project Management and Director of Creative Services and Talent. Steve has been with EP+Co since 2014 and currently holds the title of SVP, Head of Creative Talent and Culture. Overall, Steve's experience spans project management, creative services, talent management, and founding and managing their own company.

Steve Rodriguez attended Marietta College from 1989 to 1993. Steve pursued a degree in Marketing/Advertising and focused on marketing during their time at the college.
