Craig Evans

Craig Evans is currently the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at EPR Properties. Prior to this, they were an attorney and partner at Stinson Leonard Street LLP, where they specialized in M&A, securities, and IPO work. Before that, they were an associate attorney at both Boyar, Norton and Blair and Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson P.C.

Craig has significant legal experience in the areas of public and exempt offerings of securities, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, middle market, joint ventures and corporate governance. This experience has made him a valuable asset to EPR Properties.

Craig Evans studied business administration and management at William Jewell College before going on to earn their Doctor of Law from the University of Kansas School of Law.
