Peter Brown

Peter Brown is the Chairman and Founder of Grassmere Partners, LLC, a private investment firm established in March 2009, with a portfolio encompassing over twenty-one investments in various companies. Additionally, Peter serves on the boards of several prominent companies including EPR Properties, where responsibilities include roles in the Audit and Finance Committees; Cineverse, where Peter chairs the Audit Committee; and Lumen Technologies, participating in the Audit and Risk and Security Committees. Past directorships include CEC Entertainment, Core Entertainment Holdings, Front Flip, EcoFit LED Lighting, and TVAX Biomedical, showcasing a diverse background in entertainment, technology, and biotechnology sectors. Peter Brown studied Business Administration at The University of Kansas and has a foundational education from Texas Christian University and Rockhurst High School.
