Arunachalam Kumar

Arunachalam Kumar has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Arunachalam began their career in 2007 as a Production Executive at Varroc. Arunachalam then held various roles such as Senior Engineer Assembly at Perlos, Senior Engineering Analyst Assembly at WEG, Assistant Manager Assembly at Comstar Automotive Technologies, and Deputy Manager Operations (Plant Head) at Varroc. In 2016, they became a Production Manager at Kenwin Private Limited, where they were responsible for machine installations, coordination with technical teams for new projects, and recruitment. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Deputy Manager Production at Comstar Automotive Technologies, overseeing armature assembly and handling production planning. Arunachalam then joined Mando Automotive India Limited as a Production Manager, where they worked on developing and implementing the company's manufacturing strategy and liaising with global factories for technology transfer. Most recently, they have been working at REEP MOTORS as a Project Operation Coordinator, and they are currently in the role of Head Operations at ePropelled.

Arunachalam Kumar completed their S.S.L.C degree in Tamil at RHS School, Pathamadai in 1996. Arunachalam then attended MSPVL Polytechnic in Pavoorchatram, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu, India from 1996 to 1999, earning a diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Finally, they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Dr. Sivanthi adithanar College of Engineering from 1999 to 2002.
