Bruce Hallsted

Bruce Hallsted is the current Public Works Project Manager at EPS GROUP INC. Bruce has previous experience working as a project manager for various companies including HEC Engineering and the City of Flagstaff. Bruce has managed multiple projects both public and private, and served as the District Engineer for the Roosevelt Water Conservation District. Bruce is a dedicated project manager with a wealth of experience in the field.

Bruce Hallsted has a BS in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University and has also attended Scottsdale Community College.

Bruce Hallsted works with Phillip Christensen - Chief Financial Officer, Greg Hahn - Construction Management Department Manager, and Bryan Kitchen - Land Development Department Manager. Bruce Hallsted reports to Kathey Wagner, CEO.
