Benoît Fondement

Ben Ostrander, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Consultant at PCI Government Services LLC since June 2023, Ben has held previous roles including Project Manager at Craneware and Carilion Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023 and May 2016 to July 2022, respectively. Earlier positions include Project Manager at JPI and a Senior Consultant role at Integrated Federal Solutions, along with a Financial Analyst position at BAE Systems. Ben’s career began as a Management Consultant at BDO USA, LLP. Academically, Ben holds a Master's degree in Trust & Investment Management from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bridgewater College.
