Brandy Kiniry, SPHR and SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Brandy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Epsilon, Inc., where they began in April 2022. Prior to this, Brandy worked at Purpose Financial for over two decades as the Senior Employee Relations Manager. In this role, they handled employee relations issues, conducted internal investigations, and collaborated with attorneys to prevent and defend legal claims. Before Purpose Financial, Brandy gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at HomePoint.com, where they managed payroll and benefits and developed the New Hire Orientation program. Brandy began their HR career at Maristaff as a Recruiter and Staffing Specialist, responsible for recruitment, temporary employee management, and payroll processing. Brandy's extensive knowledge of labor laws and their ability to navigate legal issues make their a valuable asset in any HR role.

Brandy Kiniry, SPHR and SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Florida State University, attending from 1993 to 1996. In addition, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015.
