Mark Ruh

Mark Ruh currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer at FortiFi, where significant ABS transactions have been executed. Previously, Mark held the CFO position at HomeStreet Bank, overseeing substantial annual revenue and leading corporate development efforts. Additional experience includes board roles and CFO positions across various financial institutions, and significant contributions to private equity investment through Commerce Street Holdings and Castle Creek Capital. Mark’s educational background includes an MBA and a Master's in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
