Cesar Flores

Cesar Flores is currently the Senior Director of Content Personalization in Decision Sciences at Epsilon, where they have held various roles since 2019. They possess a PhD in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where their research focused on complex network data analysis, community detection, and ecological networks, resulting in publications in prestigious journals. Cesar has previously worked as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research and held positions at Conversant as an Associate Director and Senior Data Scientist. They have developed a Matlab library to assist in the analysis and visualization of bipartite networks, which is utilized by research groups globally.
