Colin Johnson

Colin Johnson is an accomplished professional in the fields of retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and digital marketing, currently serving as the Head of Industry: Retail/QSR & CPG and Head of Central at Nextdoor since April 2020. Prior to this, Colin held the position of Senior Category Director for CPG at Verizon Media, leading a national sales team focused on monetizing and promoting the company's advertising solutions. Educationally, Colin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additional experience includes roles at Yahoo, BrightRoll, and Starcom MediaVest Group, among others, where expertise in digital media, programmatic advertising, and strategic sales was developed.
