Dale Older

Dale Older is a seasoned executive in product management with significant experience across various companies in the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at Epsilon since March 2024, Dale has held key leadership roles including Chief Product Officer at Innovid and Integral Ad Science. During tenure at AOL, Dale advanced through multiple positions including VP of Product Management for Data Products and contributed to corporate development. Additionally, Dale has served on the Board of Directors for the IAB Tech Lab, and began career at American Management Systems as an Engineer/IT Consultant. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
