Jeff Bakal

Jeff Bakal currently serves as the Sr. Director of DevOps, Testing CoE, and Production Support at Epsilon since May 2023. Prior to this, Jeff held several high-level positions at Teradata from December 2016 to March 2023, including Sr. Director of Customer Success Services Engineering and Product Management, where Jeff led diverse teams to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and achieve significant revenue growth. Key contributions include architecting new service delivery models, improving customer support mechanisms, and implementing training programs that drastically reduced operational risks. Jeff's earlier experience at Target from June 2007 to December 2016 encompassed roles such as Sr. Engineering Manager, where Jeff optimized business intelligence infrastructure and led multiple high-budget projects, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and return on investment. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Metro State University.
