Jim Warter is a highly accomplished project manager, vendor manager, and business strategist with over two decades of experience in streamlining operations and driving business success. They served as Performance Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst at the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 2001 to 2005, and later as Quality Assurance Analyst III at JPMorgan Chase from 2005 to 2007.
