Lisa Wood

Lisa Wood serves as the Vice President of Digital Solutions at Epsilon, where responsibilities include managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and driving technology delivery and strategy across various sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Travel and Hospitality, Financial Services, Automotive, and Telecom, with a focus on machine learning and real-time interaction for omni-channel personalization. Prior to Epsilon, Lisa held the position of Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Systems at GM Financial/AmeriCredit for over fifteen years, overseeing multiple departments including Account Servicing and Project Management, and successfully implementing a corporate-wide metadata system to enhance data management. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
