Brian Waterman

Brian Waterman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Brian started their career as a Bioprocess Engineer at Advanced Tissue Sciences in 2001. Brian then worked as a Chemist/Process Engineer at Biosite/YOH Scientific Staffing in 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Process Engineer II at Smith & Nephew. Brian then joined Zimmer Biomet Dental as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Inovio Pharmaceuticals Inc. and held several roles including Project Engineer, Engineering Group Lead, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Associate Director of Manufacturing Engineering. In 2020, Brian took on the role of Owner/Operator at Premier Martial Arts Arvada and Vice President of Operations at Prospect Life Sciences. In 2023, they became the Director of Business Development at EPTAM Precision Solutions, Inc. Additionally, Brian is also the President and Founder of H2O Studios Inc.

Brian Waterman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego, which spanned from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Masters of Executive Leadership (MSEL) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego, completed between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Brian also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from San Diego State University in 2020 and Art and the Creative Process from UC San Diego Extension in 2007.
