Belal Ahmed

Belal Ahmed is an experienced infrastructure expert with a diverse background in contract administration and engineering. Currently at Eptisa as an Infrastructure Expert since March 2020, Belal previously held roles such as Lead Contracts Engineer at ELSEWEDY POWER SYSTEM PROJECTS, where responsibilities included managing invoices, variation orders, and cost claims. Prior experience includes leading contract administration at PGESCo for the Suez Thermal Power Plant and serving as a Program Engineer for the IWSP initiative to enhance water and wastewater projects in Egypt. Belal also contributed to payment certifications at Saudi Binladin Group and prepared prequalification documents at Enviro Civec. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MSc in Construction Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Helwan University.
