Carol Howard

Carol Howard currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Eptura, a global worktech company, since May 2022. Previously, Carol held the role of Chief People Officer at Abrigo, a technology provider focused on compliance and lending solutions, from October 2018 to May 2022. Carol's extensive experience in human resources spans several leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Spredfast (now Khoros) and Vice President of Human Resources at both Spredfast and Lombardi Software. Carol began their career in human resources at Abbott Spine and has held various leadership roles across the industry since 2003. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Organizational Leadership & Ethics and an MBA from St. Edward's University, along with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University.
