Chang Liu

Chang Liu is a highly experienced professional in the field of data management and technical services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Tech Team at Eptura since July 2019, Chang Liu has previously held roles as Technical Services Manager and Data Services Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Data Conversion Developer at CHR Solutions from February 2016 to January 2017 and as a Senior Data Analyst at Ernst & Young from July 2013 to January 2016. Chang Liu holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
