Emily Gilson

Emily Gilson is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success, Strategic Accounts at Eptura since September 2020. In this role, Emily manages a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers and oversees a subset of Strategic Accounts, driving gross and net retention goals through effective support escalations and client engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Emily excelled as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Eptura, where expertise in relationship management and risk identification led to exceeding retention goals. Emily's experience also includes partnership management at True North Sports + Entertainment, account management at Uline, and leadership at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from The University of Winnipeg.
