Erika Villarreal

Erika Villarreal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and previously in roles such as Principal and Senior Customer Success Manager at Eptura since May 2021, Erika has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing customer relationships and driving operational success. Prior to Eptura, Erika was a Customer Success Manager at SmartMoving Software, contributing to an innovative platform for moving companies from December 2020 to April 2021. Erika's entrepreneurial skills were honed as the Co-founder and Manager of Customer Success and Business Development at ePesos from November 2013 to June 2020. Earlier, at QUANTUM CAPITAL, Erika advanced from Manager of Central Mexico Operations to Strategic Planner from January 2011 to November 2013. Erika holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2011.
