Jim Maholic has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Jim is currently serving as the VP of Global Sales Enablement at Eptura, where they are responsible for driving sales coaching initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Head of Sales Excellence and Value Selling at Nintex. Jim also founded their own consulting firm called Common Sense Strategy, where they advised sales teams on strategies for IT transformation initiatives. Jim has also held senior positions at UiPath, Oracle, Salesforce, Hitachi Consulting, Dell Services, and Oracle, focusing on areas such as digital strategy, executive strategy partnerships, business value services, IT strategy consulting, and industry solutions. Before that, Jim founded and managed Knox Management, a boutique consulting firm specializing in project and program management for ERP and Business Intelligence suppliers.

Jim Maholic has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Business/Accounting from Waynesburg University. Jim also pursued post-graduate accounting studies at West Virginia University. Jim has obtained various certifications including Sales Enablement and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, and Creating Your IT Strategy from LinkedIn in 2017. Jim also holds a Change Management Professional certification from Prosci, obtained in 2016.
