Nikhil Arora

Nikhil Arora is a Senior Software Engineer at GroundTruth since October 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, developers, quality assurance, and customers to address technical issues, as well as mentoring junior developers in AWS and Dot Net technologies to enhance team performance. Prior to GroundTruth, Nikhil held various positions at Nagarro from December 2017 to October 2021, including Associate Staff Engineer, Associate Technical Lead, and Senior Associate Technology. Nikhil began the professional career at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2014 to November 2017, serving as System Engineer and Assistant System Engineer. Nikhil earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Uttarakhand Jobs between June 2010 and June 2014 and completed education at Jaycess Public School, Rudrapur from 1994 to 2009.
