Rishabh Agarwal

Rishabh Agarwal is a skilled Support Engineer currently employed at Eptura since September 2025. Prior to this, Rishabh worked as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at Khoros from November 2023 to August 2025, where critical Severity 1 production issues were resolved for global clients, alongside advanced JVM heap and thread dump analysis. Rishabh gained experience as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2021 to November 2023, focusing on Root Cause Analysis and SQL database optimization. Early experiences include roles as an Assistant System Engineer-Trainee at Science Tech (India), where 2D drawings of Chambers and Boilers were created, and a summer internship at the Northern Railway Locomotive Workshop, specializing in air-braking systems.
