Shawn C. Owen

Shawn Owen is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy since July 2022 and also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Departments of Internal Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, and Medicinal Chemistry at the University of Utah since January 2014. Prior roles include Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Toronto from September 2009 to August 2013 and Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Utah from 2005 to 2009. Shawn Owen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Utah (2005-2009) and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Chinese from the same institution (2000-2005).
