Kristen Ziesmer Ms, Rdn, Cssd, Ldn

Kristen Ziesmer MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN is a seasoned nutrition expert and registered dietitian with extensive experience in sports nutrition and dietary management. Currently serving as a Nutrition Expert at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency since November 2019, Kristen collaborates with writers to develop sports nutrition content for young athletes. Kristen has also held positions as a Registered Dietitian with Epworth Children's Home and the Department of Juvenile Justice since 2018 and 2017, respectively. As the owner of Elite Nutrition and Performance, LLC, Kristen established a comprehensive nutrition and fitness practice in the Midlands. Additionally, Kristen's experience includes roles such as Sports Dietitian at Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group, President of the Columbia Midlands Dietetic Association, and campus dietitian at the University of South Carolina. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Maryland.
