Ang Mamakis

Ang Mamakis has over 15 years of experience in IT service management, currently serving as the IT Service Desk Team Leader at Epworth HealthCare since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing and analyzing the Service Desk team and providing IT business solutions. Previously, Ang worked as an IT Service Desk Administrator at OAMPS Insurance Brokers, focusing on network support and operations, and as an IT Helpdesk and Operations Administrator at MAB Corporation. Ang holds a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology from Victoria University, completed in 2006.
