Andrew Stroud

Andrew Stroud is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in government procurement and intellectual property management. Currently serving as General Counsel at Epylon Corporation since February 2024, Stroud previously held the position of Partner and Office Leader at Hanson Bridgett from November 2013 to December 2024. Additionally, Stroud was a Partner at Mennemeier, Glassman & Stroud from September 1997 to October 2013 and spent over a decade at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in various roles, including Associate and Of Counsel. Stroud holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and a B.A. in Literature and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
