Ailie Mcknight possesses extensive experience in sales, recruitment, and payroll roles, primarily within the retail and jewellery sectors. Currently serving as Payroll at EQ Accountants LLP and as a Recruitment Resourcer at KBM Resourcing since 2017, Ailie also leads a team in a senior sales position at Ailie Louise, enhancing leadership skills and managing store operations. Previous positions include a Sales Assistant at Swarovski, where Ailie developed transferable skills, and roles in customer service and sales at various establishments, including DUSA Union and Vodaphone. Ailie holds a degree in Jewellery and Metal Design from the University of Dundee, completed in 2016.
