Josh Hatfield

Josh Hatfield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Josh is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at EQ Office, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Founding Partner at Eagle Point Capital Partners from February 2021 to May 2022. Before that, Josh held the role of Executive Vice President at Hudson Pacific Properties from 2014 to 2021. Josh also had a long tenure at GE Capital, where they served as a Region Manager from 2011 to 2014, a Senior Asset Manager from 2008 to 2011, and a Director in Debt Originations from 2005 to 2008. Josh started their professional career in the US Army as an Infantry Officer from 1995 to 2003.

Josh Hatfield attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they earned a BSci degree. Josh completed their education at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtaining an MBA degree in 2004.
