Samantha Sims

Samantha Sims is an accomplished professional in sustainability and social impact, currently serving as SVP at Perform Properties (Blackstone) and EQ Office since May 2025 and May 2023, respectively. With a background in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, Samantha held the role of Vice President, ESG at Warner Music Group from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes leading the environmental sustainability function at PVH Corp., where initiatives supported the 2030 Forward Fashion vision, and various roles in communication and sustainability at companies including Capital One, Ernst & Young, CJP Communications, and Porter Novelli. Samantha holds an MPA in Management from New York University and a BS in Communications from Boston University.
