Tim Geiman

Tim Geiman currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Investments at EQ Office since May 2017. Prior to that, Tim served as an Adjunct Instructor - MBA at UC Irvine from 2014 to December 2021. Tim has a strong background in real estate and investment banking, with experience at companies like HFF, Training The Street, Irvine Company, and Lehman/Barclays Capital. Tim also has a solid educational foundation, holding a Master of Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Northwestern University.
