Archana Lalingkar has a robust background in customer engagement and software implementation, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Engagement at eQ Technologic since January 2013, where responsibilities encompass overseeing customer relationships and driving project implementation. Prior to this role, Archana held the position of Senior Implementation Lead - Level II at eQ Technologic, contributing to successful project delivery. Archana's career in the tech industry began at Siemens PLM Software, where a tenure from October 2007 to September 2012 as a Software Product Consultant involved providing expert solutions and support. Archana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Computers, obtained from Rajashree Shahu College of Engineering between 2002 and 2006.
