Marta Salazar Sierra is an experienced professional in food technology and product development, currently serving as Gestor de expedientes I +D + i at EQA España since February 2022. Previously, Marta worked as Técnico en Investigación y desarrollo de producto at Incarlopsa, focusing on meat product formulation, industrial testing, product improvement, and new product development.
