Marco Pearman-Parish

Marco Pearman-Parish has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2002, they started their career as a Senior Project Development Manager at Deutsche Bank and later became a Project Manager for Europe & UK. Marco then worked as an Operations Manager at Deutsche Bank Operations International Private Limited. In 2008, they served as the Vice President at Infinity Interiors.

From 2013 to 2015, Marco worked as a Director at Soulfato Group, specializing in immigration and work permit consultancy. Following that, they founded Corporation China in 2003, where they served as the CEO. Corporation China is the foreign direct investment division of Yingke Matrix, the largest consulting firm in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2015, they became the CEO of Brand Asia Marketing, China's leading Market Research Organization. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of YINGKE VENSCO, a leading international bilateral investment legal service firm.

In 2018, Marco joined EQIBank as the Chief Operating Officer in Hong Kong, a banking, financial services, and technology company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer - Asia Pacific at Eden Micro Solutions, a company focused on revolutionizing soil science. Marco also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific at Eden Micro Solutions in 2021.

Marco Pearman-Parish completed their Master of Laws degree (LLM) in the field of Law at King's College from 1992 to 1996.
