Tracy Bickel has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1985 as an Assistant Director of Public Relations for The Maryland Jockey Club. Tracy then worked at the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland as Director of Public Relations & Marketing before joining Software Process Technologies, Inc. as Operations Director. Tracy became the Director of Human Resources at the same company in 2009, until its acquisition by Sotera Defense Solutions in 2011 where they became the Director of Benefits & Human Resources. Bickel then joined CollabraSpace in 2013 as a Director and held the role until 2023. Tracy also held VP Communications roles in 2016 at AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter and later joined Eqlipse Technologies in 2022 as a Human Resources Director.
Tracy Bickel, SSM, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Towson University between 1990 and 1993. Tracy also attended Catonsville Community College from 1988 to 1991, but it is unclear if they earned a degree or field of study. In addition to their education, Tracy holds certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SSM from Scaled Agile, Inc.
