Joseph Kegerreis

Joseph Kegerreis is a finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and investment analysis. Currently, Joseph works in acquisitions for EQT Exeter, specializing in industrial real estate since July 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph was an active member of the Institute for Real Estate Studies Boot Camp and participated in the Real Estate Case Competition Team at Penn State University, where performance was showcased on an international level. Joseph's background includes research on industrial real estate for the Penn State Smeal College of Business, a summer internship in foreign exchange sales at PNC Capital Markets, and leadership roles in the Nittany Lion Fund. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Certificate in Real Estate Analysis & Development from Penn State University, along with international exposure through a program in London.
