Cilia Holmes Indahl

Cilia Holmes Indahl serves as the CEO of EQT Foundation since August 2020, focusing on providing risk capital to entrepreneurs and supporting impactful research and non-profit organizations. As a co-founder of Sustainability Hub Norway, Cilia promotes sustainable business practices aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Cilia holds experience as a public speaker and storyteller on sustainability and innovation, and previously led the Katapult Group, which invests in technology solutions for sustainable development. Cilia's background includes roles in sustainability at Aker BioMarine, advisory positions at KPMG Norway, and assistance to the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on UN negotiations. Cilia is also a former board member at the Norwegian School of Economics and holds degrees from HEC Paris and the Norwegian School of Economics.
