Juho Frilander

Juho Frilander is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Recover Group and involved with multiple organizations, Juho holds the position of Managing Director at EQT Group since April 2014, where leadership roles include Head of Private Equity in Finland and Head of the Industrial Technology Sector Team in the Nordics. Additional board memberships include Chairperson of the Nomination Committee at Beijer Ref, and board roles at Dellner - Train Connection Systems and FVCA - Pääomasijoittajat. Juho has previously served as Deputy Board Member at Touhula Varhaiskasvatus Oy and Musti Group, and has experience as a Board Observer at Terveystalo and TitanX Engine Cooling. Juho began a career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst before transitioning into leadership roles in the private equity sector. Education was obtained from Aalto University.
