Kaushik Subramanian

Kaushik is a Partner in our London office, investing primarily in product led technology businesses. His career — spanning from consumer goods to B2B infrastructure — enables him to connect dots across conventionally disparate topics.

At Stripe, Kaushik built a $XB profitable business in FX/Multicurrency, in addition to leading several product teams and initiatives across Stripe Connect, invoicing and monetization in EMEA. At Meta, he grew the ad network to a multi billion dollar business by changing the plumbing of the ad tech industry.

Kaushik is an established thought leader within the tech industry, having shared his insights at prestigious forums like the World Economic Forum and Facebook f8. He brings an added wealth of experience from his past life with McKinsey and L’Oreal.

Kaushik grew up in India. Outside of work, he is passionate about horses, dogs, and whisky, and enjoys spending time on Hampstead Heath.
