Louise Ellison

Louise Ellison currently serves as the Head of Sustainability Private Capital EU and NA and Managing Director Sustainability at EQT Group as of November 2023. Additionally, Louise is an Investment Committee Member at British Design Fund. Prior experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director at Byggfakta Group and Chief Commercial Officer at Longevity Partners, where responsibilities involved business leadership, client relationship management, and strategic direction. Previous roles include Chair of the EPRA Sustainability Committee, Head of Sustainability at Hammerson, and Manager Responsible Property Investment at PRUPIM. Louise has also held key sustainability positions at Quintain Estates and Development and the Investment Property Forum and was Head of Research at Kingston University London. Educational credentials include an MPhil in Geography from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Estate Management from South Bank Polytechnic.
